We are one of the pioneer companies in decorative surface materials lamination on wood-based panels such as blockboards, plywood, chipboards, medium density fibreboards (MDF) and fireproof boards. Presently, we supply semi-finished wood panels to construction, furniture companies and wood processing factories, slice log for veneers and plywood and, manufacture customized wood panels for specialized uses in carpentry works and fittings.

Our Company has been operating for over 50 years, exporting worldwide. We expanded from our present original factory in Singapore to Vietnam. This is to cater for the ever-increasing export volume and demands. We started out as a furniture making company offering hand-made carpentry services and then later to include trading of plywood and other wood-based panels in Singapore. Now, our products from grown to include log slicing, veneer production, customized decorative sheet lamination on wood-based panels and production of plywood of E0, E1 and CARB compliant.

We thank our Singapore customers and many customers from established companies in Bangladesh, Philippines, UK, US, Kenya, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Saudi market who are major users and importers of our products. The continued support and faith in our product throughout the years has allowed us to expand our production capacity to what we have today.

Memory Lane -Shanghai Liun Hoo Pte Ltd (SLH) was incorporated on July 6, 1970. It took over the business of Shanghai Liun Hoo Furniture Company (SLHF) which was founded by the late chairman Mr Kim Hock Tong in 1946. SLHF made customized furniture and constructed interior fittings for shops. In 1970, business expanded to include trading of plywood, ceiling boards, partition panels and furniture sheet materials. Later in 1980-1990s, our first lamination of veneered panels of MDF/plywood as substrates, melamine and PVC faced panels production lines started at Sungei Kadut Industrial Estate. Today, our manufacturing stronghold is in Vietnam.

Real Wood Veneered and Reconstituted Wood Veneered Panels, the veneers are laminated on panels such as MDF / Particleboard / Plywood / Blockboard.
Melamine Faced and PVC faced Panels, the laminates are pressed on panels such as MDF/Particleboard/Plywood/Blockboard.

Flexibility

Manufacture decorative wood panels of 100% raw wood, carefully cut from our logs to produce finely finger-jointed Butcher blocks for interior design or produce high grade veneers to form special patterns for doors to meet clients’ requirements.
